These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of The Pre-IPO Guide (the "Book"), published by Secondary Club ("we", "us"). By using this site or purchasing the Book, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

The Book is a digital publication (PDF ebook) delivered electronically after purchase. The price, contents and edition are as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. We may update or correct the Book from time to time; updates within the same edition are provided at no extra charge.

2. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the Book for your own use. You may not:

share, resell, sublicense, publish or otherwise distribute the Book or any part of it, including the exclusive annex;
remove copyright notices or claim authorship;
use the contents to create a competing publication or course.

All intellectual property rights in the Book remain with us.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe or Gumroad). We do not store your card details. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

4. No refunds

Because the Book is a digital product delivered instantly — and includes the exclusive annex — all sales are final and no refunds are given. A free sample chapter is available on the sales page; please read it before purchasing.

5. No financial advice

Important: The Book and this website are educational. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no content here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. See the full Disclaimer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses — including investment losses — arising from your use of the Book or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Book.

7. Email communications

If you request the free sample chapter or purchase the Book, we may email you about the Book (delivery, updates, errata). You can unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
