1. What we collect
- Email address — when you request the free sample chapter or purchase the Book.
- Purchase details — name, email and order information passed to us by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic analytics — anonymous usage data (pages visited, referrer) if analytics are enabled on this site.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the Book and the free sample chapter.
- To send updates and errata for the edition you purchased.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
3. Third parties we rely on
Your data is processed by the services that operate this site: our payment provider (Paddle.com, who acts as merchant of record for this purchase), our email delivery service (Google Workspace), and our hosting provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
4. Retention
We keep purchase records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Email addresses on the sample-chapter list are kept until you unsubscribe.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Write to info@secondaryclub.com.
6. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function, and no analytics cookies are currently used. No advertising trackers.
